You always told me, what to do. What was righteous, or the most practical. Even though there were better ways, yours was always right. Wherever you are now, I’m sure you will still be arranging everything. As you were in life, so will you be in death.
It wasn’t the sickness that got you, I’m sure. You gave it all you got, to mock death and stall it. To be sure I got back, to hold you one last time, before you did. And I’m glad, oh so glad. That I did.
